Furniture: You can use some, all, or none of your own furniture.  We can design just the furniture plan, or fill it with your things and a mixture of what we suggest, or start from scratch with all of our professional ideas. 

Contact:  Exchange of ideas is through email. If you think of an idea you want us to incorporate, email us as soon as possible.  Try to be a thorough as possible at the beginning of the project, so that all moves smoothly and consistently.  You can even expect a call or two from us.  If you are in New York City, we will be happy to meet with you in person for our first contact. 

Tastes: People are different:  so send us anything you want us to know about yourselves, i.e. I like very modern, I have children; I have pets – so that we design your room around those particulars.  You will complete a questionnaire outling your needs, wants, and stylistic inclinations.  Then, add anything else about you that you think will be relevant and helpful in achieving the home you desire.

Suppose we can only do One room at a time:  It means that though there is a time lag, there will still exist a continuity in style and taste – they are just executed at different times so the final composition will look like a finished home.  The beauty of virtual home design is that you can do it at your own pace.

What happens if:  I don't like something – just call us to discuss and we will adjust the scheme accordingly, on a one time basis, free of charge.  A happy client is a client forever! However, design fees are non-refundable. 

Continuing efforts:  Decide you want a more personal interaction and desire to retain us on a non-virtual basis to additional work – such as design your kitchen, bathrooms, house – as we are architects, designers, and decorators, we do that as well, as a full service shop.  In addition, we design cabinetry, built-in furniture, and furniture.

Additional Stuff:  Accessories such as flatware, towels, and all accessories are specified, if you wish, as well. 

Where do I purchase items:  Through Green & Company with a small 10% mark-up.  Or, you can go directly to the source. 

Recommendations:   Should you need recommendations of a trades person, such as a painter or wall paper hanger, we would be happy to supply you with some names.
